Inventory Control Clerk for our Charlotte, NC distribution center
that will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of
inventory. Shift hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday -
Friday)Inventory Control Clerk Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:Maintains and updates inventory records within
warehouse management system.Performs all daily activities necessary
to maintain effective inventory management procedures.Responsible
for bin locations in computer system and ensures location
accuracy.Track incoming, outgoing, and transfer stock within
warehouse management system.Identifying and report slow-moving or
obsolete inventory.Reconciles inventories within inventory
management system and adjusts when necessary.Recommends programs to
improve the management of inventory.Conduct search to locate
products within the system, as necessary.Ensures corrective
measures to prevent discrepancies.Performs weekly cycle counts and
adjusts systems as necessary.Develop all necessary reports and
documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts including
records of all audits, counts and adjustments.Perform other duties
as assigned.Inventory Control Clerk Requirements:High School
diploma or GED required.At least 1 years' experience in inventory
control.Experience within Oracle NetSuite - a plus.Computer
applications experience using MS Office.Excellent oral and written
communications skills.Excellent analytical and mathematical
skills.Inventory Control Clerk Other:Must be able to work in
environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and
temperature variation and able to access all areas of building
without limitations.Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of
time.Must be able to operate a forklift.Must have no issues with
heights.Lift and move product up to 80 pounds.Regular bending,
lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above
