• Career Development & Advancement OpportunitiesWhat You'll Do:As a Production Associate, you'll operate equipment to produce quality automotive parts while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, employee success, and company growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload individual automotive stampings from production lines/cells
  • Operate manual and robotic systems to apply welds, adhesive, and other assembly processes
  • Inspect and properly load finished parts into containers for storage and shipment
  • Tag, label, and track parts while producing required documentation
  • Assist with equipment adjustments and changeovers
  • Follow work instructions to maintain QS9000 quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environmentWhat We're Looking For:
    • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience is required
    • Physical Requirements: Must stand, walk, and lift 25-35 lbs for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift)
    • Skills: Ability to read work instructions, perform basic math, and apply reasoning skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Schedule: Must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
