Job SummaryAt Prisma Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pulmonary Medicine Department. As a key member of our acute inpatient team, you will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a patient-centered approach that prioritizes compassion and evidence-based practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and priorities
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare professionals as appropriate
• Strengthen patient safety by maintaining a safe environment and adhering to regulatory requirementsRequirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute inpatient setting
