As a Registered Nurse in our Facility Resource Pool, you will be providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family-centered care.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care, incorporating evidence-based practices and research into daily practice.
• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families about care plans, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant environment that meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of new policies and procedures that enhance patient outcomes.Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on acute inpatient care.
