About the JobThe Registered Nurse - Adult Multi-Specialty Services position at Prisma Health is an exciting opportunity for new graduates or RNs with less than one year of experience to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, refining your nursing knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced clinicians.Key Responsibilities

• Attend all quality and core curriculum classes, actively participating in professional development workshops and peer support groups.
• Successfully complete all clinical competencies and validation requirements of the Nurse Residency Program.
• Work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Education Team, refining nursing knowledge and skills.
• Actively participate in managing clinical situations, working under the direct supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse.Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing required.
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina.
