AGY , a world leader in high performance materials, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Aiken, SC .

If you have at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, leadership experience, and a relevant degree or certificate , AGY wants to hear from you!

  • Degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
  • At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably heavy industrial experience)
  • Leadership experience Essential duties/responsibilities:
    • Leads/manages all aspects of the Aiken Plant Maintenance function.
    • Responsible for leading maintenance engineering and craft labor resources to meet established goals and objectives.
    • Implementing effective plant maintenance programs to ensure the proper installation, operation and reliability of all plant production and utility equipment, developing and implementing department budgets, plant environmental systems compliance, implementation of safety programs.
    • Partner with production leader and resources to achieve plant operational and corporate goals.
