The Senior Manager designs and implements retail banking business changes that drive industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes. The candidate will be a Senior Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Retail banking industry.
Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their strategic transformations; to benefit from leading-edge thought leadership; and to modernize their business models and associated technology components including data and AI transformations. Accenture is growing our practice to help these banks navigate their transformational journeys. The Retail banking Senior Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects. Skills include: Delivery agile skill Business process design Client relationship building and management Change management Process modeling Industry insight Requirements analysis Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday) Heres What You Need: A combined 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following: o Management consulting experience o Consumer lending/mortgage lending experience o Core banking experience Demonstrated ability to be part of a team delivering complex projects A bachelors degree Bonus Points If: Proven ability to be on a team Data and AI skills A graduate degree Entrepreneurial Willingness to leave their comfort zone Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills Team player Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
