GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
A Carpenter Foreman position in Charleston, SCis available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous carpentry experience. As a foreman, you will coordinate operations and oversee workers at a construction site. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• 
  
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
  
• Follow project plans and schedules to ensure that crews meet production goals.
  
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
  
• Drive job site safety and promote safety culture.
  
• Assist in cost control.
  
  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  
  • 
    
  • 1 to 3 years of construction experience.
    
  • Knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
    
  • Ability to communicate and report effectively.
    
  • Ability to work from heights.
    
  • Understand blueprint drawings and specifications.
    
  • Must be willing to work overtime.
