Responsibilities:
--- Safely drive a CDL-B mulch blower truck to transport and install mulch, compost, and soil materials for commercial & residential clients.
--- Utilize various hand and power tools necessary for job tasks related to mulch-blowing operations.
--- Lead a small team effectively and efficiently during work assignments in the local area.
--- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from clients.
--- Demonstrate full mobility in both upper and lower body movements while on duty.
--- Handle the lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials and equipment, including items weighing up to 60 lbs, with care.
--- Strictly adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
--- A valid CDL-B Commercial Drivers License is a requirement for the position of CDL-B Mulch Truck Driver in Concord, NC.
--- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a minimum of three years of driving experience and maintain a clean driving record.
--- Two years of proficiency in driving a manual transmission is a mandatory qualification.
--- Excellent communication skills with both co-workers and customers are crucial for this role.
--- Previous experience in supervision would be advantageous.
--- Possession of a valid Medical Card is essential.
--- A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is mandatory.
--- Familiarity with Charlotte and the surrounding areas, as well as the ability to read maps or guides, is preferred.
