Job Summary
The AMAROK Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will play a crucial
role in bridging the gap between business objectives and Salesforce
development. This position will be responsible for supporting and
ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building,
testing, and deployment tasks for our technology solutions. The
ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional
Salesforce expertise, and a proven ability to translate complex
business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert in AMAROK business applications,
processes, data relationships, and integrations.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with
internal AMAROK business stakeholders.
Define and document detailed configuration specifications and
business analysis requirements.
Conduct thorough quality assurance activities, including:
Creating and maintaining user stories and acceptance criteria.
Designing and executing comprehensive test scripts.
Performing system integration testing.
Collaboratively support business partners during User Acceptance
Testing (UAT) phases.
Facilitate and lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of
system processes.
Proactively identify and report common sources of technical issues
or questions, and provide recommendations to technology teams.
Effectively communicate key insights and findings to both business
and technical teams.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve monitoring, identify
potential issues, and deliver enhanced value to our customers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Business Analyst
certifications are required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, documentation, and
testing methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to
analyze data, draw business-relevant conclusions, and visualize
data effectively.
Solid experience writing SQL queries is a significant plus.
Experience generating and maintaining process documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including
technical writing.

Approximate Compensation is 100K - 125K annually. Compensation is
determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical
location.
