Primary Purpose of this Job
This position directs and coordinates activities of individuals in cross function areas (Manufacturing, Quality, Labs, Shipping, Technology, Planning and Sales) to support ATI Specialty Materials revenue plan and on-time performance objectives. This is a day shift position, typically Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekend hours will be required one weekend per month.

Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)

• 
  
• Reprocess batches and various system work to support manufacturing
  
• Establishes work priorities for manufacturing, lab and quality areas.
  
• Resolves product deviations between sales and operations to ensure shipment of product.
  
• Provides support to all involved departments to streamline processes.
  
• Chairs production meetings with cross-functional participants.
  
• Ensures critical orders remain on schedule to meet customer demands.
  
• Provides communication between sales, quality, technical and operations.
  
• Maintains shipment reports for all levels of management.
  Education Required
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma required, Associate's degree in technical or business-related discipline preferred
    
    Experience Required
    
    • 
      
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business, supply chain, quality or other relevant field
      
    • Experience in manufacturing industry highly preferred
      
      Knowledge of:
      
      • 
        
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point at a minimum) required to accomplish day-to-day work activities and willingness to learn additional programs. Excel knowledge must include formulas and the ability to do pivot tables and V-lookups.
        
      • Sufficient knowledge of company, products, objectives and operations.
        
      • Oracle ERP experience preferred
