Full Spectrum ABA _ Life Changing Therapy for Children and Young Adults with Special Needs. _Seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our growing team in Aiken County, South Carolina! Full Spectrum is expanding rapidly to bring services to more children in this area! Hybrid positions are available (in-person and telehealth services)! Reimbursement- BCBA: $61-65/hour Qualifications Master's degree in special education or related human services field BACB Certified Valid driver's license and current car insurance Medicaid provider a plus but not required Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills Responsibilities: Develop behavior and treatment plans for all clients within the ABA model Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Techs Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families Provide consultation and support to management Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion Within county travel to provide in home support to clients and families Remain up to date with the latest education in the field About Full Spectrum ABA At Full Spectrum ABA, we are one of the world's top firms for Applied Behavior Analysis.
