Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape and Hardscape Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skills and the ability to produce accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects. As a Landscape and Hardscape Estimator, you will play a key role driving our sales force through diligent follow up and friendly customer service. You will be responsible for taking a bid from a preconstruction through to contract turn over with the Operations Team. Duties: -Estimate material quantities for landscape and hardscape projects, including but not limited to: pool deck, pavers & concrete installations, landscape plantings & turf based on project drawings and documentation. - Collaborate with customers to ensure that estimates align with project goals and timelines. -Engage customers with sales follow up after bid submission. - Utilize construction estimating software such as Planswift, and other tools to generate detailed estimates. - Prepare estimates & proposals, review contracts for execution, provide detailed job turnover packets to operations team. - Participate in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality. - Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and related documentation. Requirements: - Proven experience in construction estimating. - Proficiency in using construction estimating software like Planswift, etc. Qualifications - Strong background in construction estimating. - Proficiency in using Excel and Planswift software - Being a solid team member Bonus opportunities are available after one year.
