Service Technician - Metro Wildlife and Pest ControlLocation: Charleston, SCCompensation: $27.50/hour with potential for up to $500/month in efficiency bonuses.Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout Us:Metro Wildlife and Pest Control is a rapidly growing company dedicated to providing high-quality wildlife and pest control services. We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician. This is a service-oriented role with no sales responsibilities, focused on delivering exceptional results to our customers.What We Offer:

Compensation: $27.50/hour with monthly bonuses of up to $500 based on efficiency and performance.Benefits Package: Health, vision, and dental insurance (50% of employee premium paid by the company), PTO accruing at 2 weeks/year from the start of employment, paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), and 401k with a 100% employer match up to 4%, vested after 1 year of employment.Training and Support: Comprehensive training to ensure your success, including hands-on guidance and support throughout your career.Uniforms and Equipment: Company-provided uniforms and all necessary tools to perform your job.
