Switchboard Operator II -GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a telephone operator handling overseas telephone calls, personnel locator service, commercial information services, customer support, conference calls, emergency calls, and maintaining call accounting databases. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience as a telephone operator on switchboard consoles as specified in the task order. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $17.33 - $23.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
