Job Description:
We're excited for you to Join the Power of Us at TD SYNNEX! Our
Summer 2025 Internship offers an array of unique, hands-on
experience with our business, and is open to all business
majors.--This application is for students interested in--Internal
Communications.--Our program is--10 weeks, full-time, beginning on
May 19th. This year, our internships are hosted in the following
locations:--Greenville, SC and Clearwater, FL.All of our intern
projects and goals vary based on major and department and make a
valuable and measurable impact on our business. In exchange (or
beyond your assigned work), you will be able to network with our
top executives during our speaker series, participate in intern
bonding events with your peers, job shadow other departments, and
get a feel for what it's like to join a global IT
distributor.--What We're Looking For:
- Business Majors (including, but not limited to: Communications,
Marketing, etc.)
- Current college student: rising juniors and above, including
May 2025 graduates
- Eligible to work in the U.S. - sponsorship is not provided
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a total
of 10 weeks during the program
- Ability to work at one of the listed locations in a hybrid
setting

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and OutlookOverview of Department:The Corporate
Internal Communications team at TD SYNNEX is responsible for
creating engaging and effective internal messaging that keeps
co-workers informed, inspired, and connected. Through our internal
platform, we deliver strategic communications that highlight
business/strategy updates, recognize achievements, and foster a
collaborative and inclusive culture. The intern will play a key
role in supporting these efforts by contributing to content
creation, platform optimization, and data-driven communication
strategies.--Example job duties and projects include:
- Content Creation and Writing: Draft internal communications,
co-workers spotlights, newsletters, and post-event reminders and
recaps.--
- Platform Optimization, and Audience Management: Support updates
to our internal platform including archiving outdated content,
reviewing topics, improving searchability, and updating audiences
to ensure accurate and effective messaging.--
- Event Support and Logistics: Assist in planning and executing
events like town halls or team meetings, sending RSVPs and creating
supporting materials.--
- Research and Analytics: Analyze content performance metrics and
build template to report back to stakeholders to recommend
data-driven improvements for strategies.--Prior to being eligible
to start your internship, you will be subject to a background
