ResponsibilitiesComplete scans effectively and efficiently:Collect pertinent data about the patient and the procedureSelect the most appropriate, cost-effective action plan after reviewing all pertinent data and assessing the patient's abilities and conditionMaintain the highest standards of patient care possible:Implement and maintain the MedQuest Best Customer Service ProgramProvide accurate explanations and instructions at a level the patient can understandEnsure the Center's compliance with MedQuest Policy procedures, OSHA, local, state and Federal regulatory requirements:Follow radiation protection guidelinesParticipate in formal training and service programsContinuing Education:Cross-train for additional modalities within the centerComplete and retain certification in MRI technologyQualificationsEducation:Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology programARRT registered with advanced registry in MRIMust complete required CEU's in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains activeActive state licensure, where applicableCPR Certification is requiredPrior Experience:0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferredSpecial Qualifications:IV skills requiredKnowledge of MRI procedures and standardsDemonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomySkill in operation of MRI equipmentCustomer service background and focusCompany MessageAbout MedQuest Associates Founded in 1996, MedQuest is one of the most experienced outpatient imaging providers in the United States.
