Though we have posted a salary range, we are always willing to discuss additional compensation for candidates with commensurate experience.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage the day to day operations in the MDSW - Columbia office and facilitate its growth.
--- Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action.
--- Work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience
--- Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100+ personal injury cases
--- Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar
--- Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
--- Be able to appropriately communicate with clients
--- Appear in court on behalf of clients
--- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies

Qualifications:
--- 3 or more years of practice, ideally in personal injury
--- Trial Experience
--- Familiarity with Litify is a plus
--- Must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina
--- Ability to effectively handle 100-plus cases
