Position Overview
Nexus Water Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative to
support our Customer Service team. This role will provide customer
support and satisfaction by responding to customer service
requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position will be willing and able to perform the following
duties and others as assigned:
* Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or
correspondence) in a courteous, professional, and timely
manner.
* Process service orders to the field, taking ownership of the
customer inquiry to provide complete customer satisfaction.
* Estimate adjustments to consumption and escalate to the manager
to provide credit adjustments.
* Make outbound calls to customers as necessary.
* Works within established guidelines and policies.

Work Experience
1 year in customer care is required.
