As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in home health care, I provide nursing services according to state regulations and agency guidelines. My role involves delivering personalized care to clients, maintaining safety and effective communication, while working on my own schedule. Dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life of patients, I help foster meaningful one-on-one relationships in a home environment.

  • Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
  • Assess client and implement a plan of care
  • Maintain safe and effective care/environment for clients and coworkers
  • Evaluate client response to interventions
  • Perform job in compliance with Agency policies, procedures, and community standards
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications
    • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
    • Current, unrestricted license as an LPN in the state(s) of practice
    • New grads welcome
