  • Job Details
  • At Boone we only have a nurse in the room. Nurses will not have a tech with them.
  • As a Boone GI nurse, we do all the phases of care, including preop and recovery, not just procedures.
  • Number of Beds/Cases: 20 - 25 cases per day.
  • Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Endoscopy Colonoscopy.
  • Gi lab is looking for someone to work in the pre-procedure area and recovery room.
  • Pre- procedure work - completing admission process, starting IV.
  • Phase II recovery room. Patients have rec'd monitored anesthesia care and discharge 30 minutes to 1 hour upon arrival to recovery room.

    • Effective 01.08.2024 - 16 Hours of Unpaid Orientation.
    • For roles with a guarantee, Boone Health can call off staff for up to 36 hours in a contract.
