Transforming Healthcare TogetherWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an outpatient setting.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and recognize subtle or actual changes in patients' status and patient response to intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on the age and assessed needs of the patient.
• Provide direct care to assigned patients consistent with the established nursing plan, delegating tasks as appropriate.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing plan and revise as necessary.
• Identify and assess patient/family learning needs and teach accordingly.Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • One (1) year experience as a registered nurse; or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency.
