Job Summary
Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute inpatient setting, prioritizing patient-centered care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs.
  
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  
• Delegate tasks to members of the healthcare team and ensure effective communication to ensure seamless care delivery.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
    
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting.
    
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
