As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and other activities related to direct patient care.
• Arrange patient appointments for diagnostic testing, consults, referrals, and admission to the hospital.
• Monitor and maintain stock of medical supplies and equipment.
• Document patient vital statistics and encounter data into the patient chart.
• Call in prescriptions for patients according to physician order.
• Prepare exam rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Receive and return clinically related telephone calls, screening and forwarding those requiring physician action.
• Complete medical/physical history forms and other related information for insurance companies.Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.Work EnvironmentDay shift in our dynamic work environment.
