Join an established engineering firm, one of the largest privately held in the Southeast, as a Water/Wastewater Engineer. You will have the opportunity to work on water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout the Southeastern United States, focusing on municipal drinking and wastewater projects. Engage in challenging tasks, from technical design to construction oversight, in a company known for its collaborative and supportive environment.Responsibilities

• Perform technical engineering tasks, including planning, design, and construction administration for water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Develop necessary deliverables such as engineering calculations, equipment sizing, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and accuracy of project documents.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
• Assist in business development, proposal writing, and marketing activities as needed.Requirements
  • Must be located within a 50-mile radius of Columbia, South Carolina.
  • 5+ years of experience with municipal or industrial water/wastewater systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Technical background in utility design and engineering calculations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.Preferred skills
    • Masters Degree in a related engineering discipline.
    • Registered PE License in North or South Carolina or close to obtaining.
    • Experience in alternative project delivery methods.
    • Prior relationships with utilities or industry professionals.Application process
