NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE Job description Carolinas Fertility Institute is currently seeking a patient-centered, versatile, and dependable CMA/RMA with excellent people skills to join our Charlotte clinic. The desired candidate will have solid work experience with women's health (OB/GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance. Full-time weekdays with weekend and holiday rotation. Training (appx 1 week) will take place in our Winston Salem clinic. Accommodations are provided and mileage is reimbursed during training. CFI offers excellent benefits. Primary Duties: Abstract Patient Charts Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients Blood Draws Take patient vitals Room Patients Chaperone Assist providers with Procedures Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR Enter Lab Orders into EHR Enter IUI Notes / Dictations Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR Medical Scribe when required Pack Biopsies / Samples For Send Out Scan CMA Paperwork Assist in clinic OR suite Help Answer Incoming Calls Return Patient Phone Calls/EmailsJob Type: Full-time Requirements: 1.
